It is interesting that the number of building permits issued in June is 7.3 percent higher than in May, but their value is 97.5 percent higher.
In June, the construction of 3,535 apartments was reported, with an average area of ​​69.1 square meters. Of the total number of apartments in new residential buildings, 9.3 percent of apartments will be built in buildings with one apartment, with an average area of ​​149.5 square meters, and 88.8 percent of apartments will be built in buildings with three apartments and more apartments, and their the average area will be 60.1 square meters.
