5th BelRE on top of the Balkans!

It is my great pleasure to inform you that the 5th BelRE Fair and Real Estate Conference, titled BELRE Exclusive, will be held on November 3-4 2010 at the 25th floor of the Usce Business Centre.

BelRE will assemble all those who are interested in the development of the investment market in the region – foreign and local investors, consultancy companies, experts, landowners, designers, contractors, credit companies, banks, real estate agencies, as well as end users.

Like every other year, the Real Estate Conference will take place alongside the Fair. This year’s topics will deal with overcoming the construction industry crisis, building management and maintenance, the legal framework intended to speed up project implementation, development of residential and retail projects, industrial zones, and numerous other themes from the field of real estate development.

“I believe that BelRE will be presented in its full glory this year. The exhibition space at the 25th floor of the Usce Business Centre is certainly the most exceptional spot of its kind in the Balkans and the best possible site for this year’s BELRE. The international fairs we had a chance to visit this year show a slight recovery of the market and refreshed interest in investing in Serbia. It is our impression that the European market has achieved a degree of stability and for that reason, we expect an increased number of visitors from abroad.” said Miloš Rajšić, Director of the BelRE Fair.
