Railway traffic is currently carried out by diesel locomotives, and the speed of trains on that part of the railway is 20 kilometers per hour, until all the consequences of the interruption are removed.

It is also stated that the railway commission is investigating in detail how the contact network was torn.

The accident occurred on the train from Bar to Belgrade, when “a certain number of windows” on the carriages were broken due to the breaking of the contact net.

There were no injuries, and Srbija Voz organized bus transportation of passengers on that section during the day, Danas reports.
