Minister Momirović advocates for support of local producers and domestic market during visit to JoToGo

Minister of Internal and Foreign Trade, Tomislav Momirović, emphasized the significance of the Serbian market as a foundational resource for strengthening domestic companies. During his visit to the production facilities of the Serbian company JoToGo, Momirović stressed that Serbia must continue to foster an environment where local producers can effectively market their products, primarily to Serbian consumers.

Momirović remarked on the vital role of small producers in agriculture, noting that they must receive support from both the government and the domestic market. He highlighted the government’s efforts in increasing agricultural subsidies as a strong support base for the growth of agricultural production.

JoToGo, a company in the food sector, is noted for supplying leading retail chains in Serbia and the region with products meeting high European standards. The company utilizes domestic raw materials, contributing further to the development of the Serbian economy.
