Zijin Mining, a company based in Serbia, has acquired 100% ownership of Alba Invest d.o.o. Belgrade, the company that owns the Falkensteiner Hotel in Belgrade, according to the latest data from the Agency for Business Registers.
On April 8, the Agency for Business Registers approved the registration application for the change of data submitted by Alba Invest d.o.o. Belgrade. Any appeals against this decision can be filed within 30 days of the decision’s publication on the Agency’s website. The appeal must be directed to the minister responsible for economic affairs through the Agency for Business Registers.
The administrative fee for lodging an appeal is 590 dinars, while the decision on the appeal costs 690 dinars, which will be paid into the budget of Serbia. An appeal may also be made orally at the Agency for Business Registers.
The Falkensteiner Hotel, a four-star hotel located in New Belgrade, was designed by architect Boris Podreka.
Zijin Mining has been operating in Serbia since 2007 and is engaged in the exploitation of ores containing ferrous, non-ferrous, precious, and other metals. The company also fully owns the Chukaru Peki mine, with Su Yongding serving as its legal representative.
