Cooperation with IMF continues through new precaution arrangement

 

Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Mirko Cvetkovic talked yesterday with a delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), led by head of mission of international institutions for Serbia Albert Jaeger. 

Cvetkovic presented representatives of the IMF with the current economic situation in the country. The meeting also discussed measures which the Serbian government will take in the future in order to maintain macroeconomic stability.

On that occasion it was noted that Serbia and the IMF will continue the cooperation through the conclusion of a new arrangement as a precaution, whose framework will be agreed on during the visit of the IMF delegation to Serbia.
