Agricultural fair in Serbia draws over 1500 exhibitors

The Chief Executive Officer of the Novi Sad Fair in Serbia, Mr Goran Vasić, has said that the participation of Portugal, as a Partner Country of the Agricultural Fair, will additionally encourage the commercial relations between our two countries as well as help domestic farmers see how agriculture functions in the countries of the European Union.  This is very important for us because the cooperation among farmers runs much more smoothly if ministries support them, Mr Vasić has said and added that he expected this fair would be much more successful and with more activities than the previous. He also said that there would be an additional quality to this fair presented through the Exhibition of Livestock, which is going to be the most comprehensive so far, along with the first national Exhibition of Organic Food, which represents a great opportunity for small and medium producers and networking within the region.
