Arena Hospitality Group Expands with New Radisson RED Hotels in Belgrade and Berlin

The opening of the Radisson RED Belgrade hotel is scheduled for early February, and it involves the complete renovation of the former 88 Rooms Belgrade hotel. The Radisson RED Belgrade hotel is located in Takovska Street, near the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, and will offer 88 rooms, including three suites (formerly known as “Hotel 88 Rooms”). The progressive design was conceived by the design studio Atellior, based in London and Zagreb, featuring in the hotel lobby the iconic red Zastava 750 car, produced in the former renowned Yugoslav car factory in Kragujevac. Guests will be able to use all hotel digital technology to check-in independently, use the hotel app to access their rooms, order food and drinks, and control the TV, air conditioning, and more. The hotel will feature an all-day restaurant and co-working space, with a rooftop bar offering views of the historic city center.

In the capital of Germany, the opening of the Radisson RED Berlin Kudamm hotel is planned for late May 2024. The hotel is located just steps away from Kurfürstendamm, known as Ku’damm, the iconic Berlin avenue and one of the most famous shopping streets, within walking distance of the renowned KaDeWe department store. The new Radisson RED Berlin Kudamm is the perfect place for those who want to explore the city, with attractions such as the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche, the Berlin Zoo, and Tiergarten Park.

Reli Slonim, President of the Management Board of Arena Hospitality Group, adds: “We are delighted to announce the new Radisson RED Berlin Kudamm, and we believe that this dynamic brand will be an excellent addition to the Berlin hotel market, in one of the most vibrant European capitals. The repositioning and opening of Radisson RED Berlin Kudamm, which will complement our already diverse hotel portfolio in the German capital, are planned before the UEFA EURO 2024 tournament. This project follows our planned opening of Radisson RED Belgrade in early 2024, all part of our strategy for further growth and portfolio optimization.”
