Batocina and Polipak concluded agreement on construction of polyethylene packaging production unit

Municipality of Batocina and Polipak signed an agreement on Saturday (DEcember 11, 2010) on the construction of a polyethylene packaging production unit at 1,300 square meters.

Batocina will participate in implementation of this project by providing the investor with certain incentives such as exemption from payment of the fee for use of building land in the first year of work, half of the tax for issuance of the building permit, and the fee for the building land regulation.

Polipak has 84 workers and is bound by the agreement to employ 20 workers in the first year of work and additional 10 in each of next three years, 80% of whom should have the place of residence on the territory of the municipality of Batocina.
