Chinese company wants to build roads and power facilities in Serbia

 

The famous Chinese construction company Sinohydro Corporation is interested in building Corridor 10 and power facilities in Serbia, the company’s representative Lee D. Dzyou told Tanjug news agency.

Lee D. Dzyou said that Sinohydro would participate in the tendering procedure for the construction of highway sections Grabovnica-Grdelica and Vladicin Han-Donji Neradovci on Corridor 10 and that it would submit a bid in May. Nenad Ivanisevic, a member of the assembly of the company Koridori Srbije, told Tanjug that the opening of bids for the construction of aforementioned sections was scheduled for May 13.

Mr. Dzyou said that the company was also interested in building other highway sections on the route of Corridor 10. He added that Sinohydro would also like to participate in other infrastructure projects and that, in addition to hydroelectric power plants and roads, that company was building railways, airports and other facilities. He pointed out that Sinohydro wanted to collaborate with Serbian construction companies by making them subcontractors or partners.
