Serbian Energy Minister, Petar Škundrić, said that the overhaul would increase the capacity of block 2 (of 350 MW) by about 10% and that would be a part of the USD 1.25bn worth of arrangement with Chinese partners, which envisaged the overhaul of whole Kostolac plant and construction of new blocks.
