In 2023, we invested over 140 million euros, and we plan to invest over 900 million euros by 2027.”

During the traditional annual media conference, the business results of all enterprises within Delta Holding were presented, with a focus on the company’s key projects in 2024 and a three-year investment plan. In September 2024, the grand opening of the Blue Hall at Sava Centar is scheduled, marking the commencement of construction on major real estate projects. Additionally, there are plans for further expansion of the regional e-commerce business Ananas, which has already achieved excellent results in its second year of operation, experiencing a threefold increase in the number of partners and offering over 350,000 products.

In the Real Estate segment alone, Delta plans to invest 800 million euros in the next three years through new projects. Within the Real Estate projects, Delta has announced the commencement of construction in 2024 on the Delta Land residential and commercial concept located on Despota Stefana Boulevard in Belgrade. Additionally, there are plans for the Delta Iron business complex in Novi Sad, as well as the initiation of investments in Delta District, which combines business spaces and luxury residences in the heart of the business center of New Belgrade, in Block 20. As part of the Delta District concept, a new top-category InterContinental hotel is set to open in 2026, enriching the hotel offerings ahead of Expo 2027.

The development of e-commerce was highlighted, emphasizing the significance of implementing artificial intelligence in business through 14 projects across various segments of Delta Holding’s operations. These projects span from smart solutions in agriculture to enhancing services in e-commerce and improving efficiency in distribution and logistics.

“Ananas e-commerce continues to evolve, but it has achieved fantastic results in its second year of operation,” emphasized Marija Desivojević Cvetković, Senior Vice President for Strategy and Development at Delta Holding. “For many retailers, Ananas has become the number one sales channel. In 2024, the key word for Ananas is expansion – after North Macedonia, we are opening markets in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.” She also presented the results of the strategic project investing in solar power plants at 15 locations. Thanks to the use of renewable energy sources, the carbon dioxide emissions have been reduced, requiring the absorption equivalent of 1.4 million trees annually. “In the era of new technology development, the primary focus will be on Cyber Security, and I am proud to announce that Delta is introducing the position of CISO, an executive role in the Cybersecurity team.”

Delta Holding was founded in 1991 in Belgrade and currently employs nearly 4,000 people at various locations in Serbia and the region. The company conducts its business through five organizational units: Delta Agrar Group, Delta Food Processing, Delta Real Estate Group, Delta Distribution, and the division of new technologies. Members of Delta Holding engage in agricultural production, food processing, export-import activities, representation of foreign companies, distribution of consumer goods, automobile sales, real estate development, and the advancement of new technologies.
