EPS and EDS relaunch sale of prime construction land in New Belgrade for €38.8 million

Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) and Elektrodistribucija Srbije (EDS) have once again put up for sale several parcels of construction land in Block 20 of New Belgrade. This area is bordered by Vladimir Popović and Milentij Popović streets, as well as Zemunski put, and includes multiple buildings, according to eKapija.

The starting price for this property is set at €38.8 million.

The sale encompasses plots measuring 5,424 square meters, 5,016 square meters, 1,741 square meters, and 428 square meters, conveniently located near the Hyatt and Crown Plaza hotels.

In addition to the land, several buildings are also for sale, including energy and business buildings A and B, a garage building C, a shelter building D, and building E, which consists of areas for vehicle and pedestrian traffic, parking spaces, and communal areas.

Notably, the sale excludes the electric power portion of building A, which houses a 110/10 kV substation in the central part of the building. This substation occupies the basement, ground floor, and mezzanine, covering an area of 2,601.43 square meters, along with associated ventilation ducts that extend to the roof. Elektrodistribucija Srbije will remain the exclusive investor for this substation, as stated in the announcement. The real estate is being sold in its current condition.

Bids must be submitted by November 26.
