Immorent AG and Erste Group Bank AG, as well as their affiliates in central and southeast Europe, have formed the new central unit Erste Group Immorent, which will be providing all services in the fields of real estate finance and construction, reads the statement.
The new unit offers clients “one-stop shop” – all services at one place, because it covers the whole chain of values in the field of real estate for business, housing and municipal development projects: loans, leasing services, investments, project development, construction services, as well as all activities related to infrastructure.
In Serbia, Erste Group Immorent Srbija has been created through a merger of the Erste Bank’s Directorate for real estate finance and other special finance and the company Immorent.
The company financed implementation of about 40 million euros worth of new projects in the fields of residential and business properties in Serbia in 2010. Besides, Erste Group Immorent currently works on development of two projects – one in New Belgrade and the other in Novi Sad, worth a total of about 80 milion euros, reads the statement.
