Eurogas invests EUR 1.2 million in construction of LPG storage in Potisje port in Senta

The company Eurogas from Subotica is building a liquefied petrol gas (LPG) storage in the port of Potisje in Senta, which is in possession of this company. As eKapija learns from people at Potisje port, the plans is that this storage, along with all units for pumping and transport of liquefied petrol gas, be finished until May 1. A total surface of the facility is 700 square meters, while its capacity is 1,000 cubic meters. A total value of works is 1.2 million euros.

The port of Potisje in Senta is situated in a strategic position on the right bank of the Tisa river and occupies an area of over 20 ha. The port’s capacity exceeds 18,000 square meters and it integrates river, rail and road transport as a freight and transportation center.

The port also owns public and customs warehouses and is engaged in trading in construction materials. It also owns a customs terminal for road and railway vehicles and all types of vessels. The reloading capacity of the port is 1m tons of goods.
