As it was announced, the goal they want to achieve by conducting the privatization process and previously restructuring Gosa-FDV is to create preconditions, that is, find solutions that would ensure long-term efficiency of the production, repayment of debts from the previous period, greater competitiveness in domestic and international markets, introduction of new technologies and application of modern methods of management, while enabling them to find a strategic investor who would implement necessary investment, development and social programmes.

Product portfolio, technology and capacities, available personnel, favorable location and recognizable brand are some of the reasons they gave for investing in Gosa-FDV.
