Italian company Dytech, which produces lubricants for automotive industry and plans to have a factory built in Nis, has registered its company in Serbia with the headquarters in that city – the people in the Cabinet of the Mayor of Nis announced.
Dytech has registered the company in the premises of the Business incubator in Nis.
– As a form of subvention, Nis has provided two offices in the premises of the Business incubator center for South Korean Yura and two offices for Dytech. The managements of the two companies will be able to use these offices prior to the completion of construction of their factories in Donje Medjurovo – it is written in the statement by Mayor Milos Simonovic.
South Korean Yura and Italian Dytech plan to have their factories built in working zone Donje Medjurovo near Nis, which allotted that land to them for free.
The city of Nis and Yura signed the land allotment agreement last week, while the commencement of construction of the factory is expected this week. The factory will have 1,500 workers and production will start in May 2011.
Dytech plans to have 400 employees in the future factory.
