JPM and Deloitt advisors for JAT privatization

 

Lw firm JPM Jankovic Popovic Mitic, together with their austrian colleagues, are the members of the winning consortium leaded by Deloitt for the privatization adviser for privatization of JAT, serbian national airline company. Privatization will be conducted within the procedure of forming the new company and finding the strategic partner who will become the new owner of the airline company, together with Republic of Serbia.

The contract estimates the project duration of 12 months, and big assistance will be provided by austrian office CHSH Hempel Spiegefeld Hlawati who already have necessary experience, among other projects experience in representing Republic of Austria in privatization of Austrian Airlines during the sale process to German Lufthansa.
