Today, during his visit to the Duško Radović Theater, which has switched to the new e-fiscalization system, Minister of Finance Siniša Mali called on other cultural institutions, as well as all other taxpayers, to switch to the new model as soon as possible and not wait for the deadline in April this year.
Mali bought two theater tickets with his Dina payment card and checked the fiscal bill by scanning the QR code on the phone, and then pasted a sticker “I am e-fiscalized” at the entrance to the cultural institution with the theater director Aleksandar Nikolić.
“We currently have more than 130,000 registered entities for the e-fiscalization process. “We have paid subsidies for more than 125,000 taxpayers, and more than 10,000 of them are already operating in the new system,” said Mali, according to a statement from the Ministry of Finance.
The transition period lasts until April 30, and from May 1, everyone who is obliged to switch to the new system according to the Law on Fiscalization, must do so, said Mali.
The director of the Tax Administration, Dragana Markovic, said that the new model of fiscalization implies that all theaters will issue fiscal invoices with a recognizable QR code in the future.
And training with a fiscal bill
Today, Siniša Mali also met with representatives of sports associations, with whom he discussed adjusting the operations of sports organizations to the new Law on Fiscalization.
“The obligation to issue a fiscal invoice for membership fees, on the basis of which members of sports associations have the right to provide services, such as attending training, has been explained in detail,” the Ministry of Finance points out, N1 reports.
