Meat-packing industry Pax in Paracin starts production of ready-made meals – Investment worth EUR 1.5m

Sasa Simic, the Director of Meat-packing industry Pax in Paracin, said yesterday (August 25, 2010) that a new hall at 2,000 square meters for producing and canning ready-made meals would be built next to the existing factory and that the value of that investment was about 1.5 million euros.

This Paracin-based company was visited yesterday by Serbian Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic and Paracin Mayor Sasa Paunovic.

Meat-packing industry Pax has the annual turnover of 2 billion dinars, it operates within Pajic Company, and it was put in operation on March 8, 2009. The factory’s annual production capacities amount to 8,000 tons.
