The Union of Employers reminds that employers are required to prepare annexes to the employment contracts for employees receiving the minimum wage.
This obligation arises from the Labor Law, which mandates that when there is a salary change, the employer must offer an amendment to the working conditions, in the form of an annex to the employment contract. The employer must also provide written notice explaining the reasons for the amendment, the deadlines for the employee’s response, and the legal consequences if the offer is rejected.
Additionally, during negotiations last year, a decision was made to increase the non-taxable portion of the salary from 25,000 to 28,423 dinars.
