Phase 1 of construction will feature three floors plus a basement (D + 3), which will house the building’s main entrance, vertical communication via a staircase, and an elevator. Phase 2 will consist of three floors (D + 3), without a basement, and will serve as an extension of the residential area, with access provided through Phase 1. The first phase will comprise 48 apartments, while Phase 2 will include 17 units.

The residential units will vary in size and layout, with most being studios or one-bedroom apartments, each equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and terrace.
