News – Official announcement of the 2nd International Investment Conference “SBF 2011”

Projects from all the countries of the former Yugoslavia will be presented to the investors

Second International Investment Conference „Sarajevo Business Forum 2011“  officially announced.

SBF 2011 will be held in Sarajevo on 6-8 April this year in the organization of Bosna Bank International and the Islamic Development Bank. This year’s Forum will have a regional character and companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Montenegro and Macedonia will equally present their projects to the investors.

This year’s projects in field of energy, infrastructure, agriculture, tourism and wood industry, including the opportunities provided by Sarajevo in the domain of education, as well as the potentials of the whole region in field of building industry, will be presented.

In the ceremony of the official announcement of the SBF, signing of a “Frame Agreement of formation of a Consortium of Companies from Southeast Europe on Joint Appearance in Public Tenders” will be performed. At the same, five universities involved in the initiative “Sarajevo a Regional Educational Center” will sign a Memorandum of Understanding that relates to their joint engagement and activity in the forthcoming Conference.

Amer Bukvić, CEO of BBI will present the Forum on behalf of the organizers and Bakir Izetbegović, Member of the Presidency of BiH, on behalf of the patrons.

On this occasion, a broadcast of a TV spot on SBF2011 will be made by the producer Arthur Agency, which is one of the sponsors of the Forum and other media partners.

The official announcement will be attended by members of the Presidency of BiH, members of the BBI VIP Business Club, representatives of economy, entity and cantonal authorities, diplomats from foreign countries accredited in BiH, representatives of the OHR, representatives of the media,….
