Electrawind intends to invest in several Vojvodina municipalities, including Indjija, south-central Vojvodina, with which it signed a contract worth EUR 22 million last year.

The investment is aimed at construction of a factory for processing animal waste which should employ around 100 people, which would be Electrawinds’ first investment in Serbia.

Belgian investors are also interested in building a wind park with a capacity of 48.3 megawatts in Alibunar, south-east Serbia, the release reads.
