Radić highlights that Pančevo’s proximity to Belgrade makes it an ideal location for commuters, with excellent infrastructure and easy access to the city center. The demand for larger apartments in Pančevo is currently higher than in Belgrade, as families from the capital are moving to the city for more space and better value for money. Additionally, people from surrounding towns are purchasing apartments for their children.
Apart from Pančevo, Radić also recommends real estate in Mirijevo, a Belgrade neighborhood with a promising new development project. This project, which consists of five lamellas and more than 140 apartments, is ideal for those looking for quality construction and the potential for subsidized loans.
