Property of Knjazevac-based Jersey plant goes on auction on June 24

 

The property of Knjazevac-based Jersey cheese plant in bankruptcy will be offered for sale on June 24 at the starting price of RSD 132.5 million.

The Court of Commerce in Zajecar has advertised the seventh sale of this bankrupted debtor. Potential buyers will be offered a building of the food industry and a beverage production unit, power plant, doorman’s booth, hydrant, pumping station, container stand, and a water cooling unit.

Other property that will go on the auction block includes a milk reception and pasteurization line, feta cheese production line, cheese melting and cheese spread production line, semi-hard cheese production line, packaging machines, laboratory…

There are also motor vehicles, raw materials, packaging, equipment, etc.

All juristic and physical persons are to bid at the auction if they purchase the documentation worth RSD 50,000.

The deposit for participation in the public auction amounts to RSD 132.33 million.

The auction will be held at the headquarters of the bankrupted debtor – Jersey plant.
