Public consultation open for Draft Spatial Plan of Oil Pipeline Corridor from Hungary to Novi Sad

The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure (MGSI) has released the Draft Spatial Plan for the Special Purpose Area of the Oil Pipeline Corridor from the Hungarian Border to Novi Sad for public review. This plan includes detailed regulatory elements and is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report.

Public access will be available from September 23 to October 7 on weekdays at designated locations, including the City Hall of Novi Sad and the municipalities of Žabalj, Bečej, Ada, Senta and Kanjiža. Additionally, the documents can be accessed on the MGSI website (http://www.mgsi.gov.rs) and through local government sites within the plan’s jurisdiction.

A public presentation of the planning document is set for Monday, September 30, at 11:00 AM. Following the public review period, a session of the review committee will take place on Monday, October 14, at 11:00 AM in the Assembly building of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.

Individuals and representatives of legal entities who submit written comments during the review period are welcome to attend the public session to present their concerns verbally. The planner will respond publicly to each comment received.
