“Darex” bought facilities of Ivanjica Carpet Industry – Investment worth 62 million dinars

Carpet manufacturing facilities of the Carpet Industry of ivanjica (ITI), “Itison” and “Klasika”, were sold by direct negotiations with the collection of written bids in the Privatization Agency in Belgrade.

Buyer, Belgrade “Darex”, paid for the complex 62 million dinars, and sold plants include a total of 19 facilities, equipment for classic carpets and carpeting, and just over 4 acres of land.

Otherwise, the Italian company “Siretessile” from Treviso previously bought facility for production of artificial fur “Akon” and two halls on Sadjavac were sold to the company “Matis” from Ivanjica.
