Real Estate Market Surges to 1.7 Billion Euros in 4th Quarter of 2023

The real estate market value in the fourth quarter of 2023 reached 1.7 billion euros, as announced by the Republic Geodetic Authority.

“This represents a 40% increase compared to the pre-pandemic year 2019, despite a 22% decline compared to the record-breaking year 2022,” stated the RGZ on the X platform.
