Splendid Hotel for sale

The tender for the sale of 72 percent of the capital hotel the catering company “Splendid in Belgrade will be held in a shortened procedure.

Offered for sale 19,617 shares worth 1,000 dinars, of which is owned by the Agency’s 19,029, and owned 588 shares of the Stock Fund.
 
The right to submit a bid with companies that already operate in the hospitality sector and have at least one hotel, categorized least four stars.

Bidders must first be purchased tender documents for the 8000 Eur and signed the Confidentiality Agreement.

The request for purchase of tender of the documentation, people can submit up to sixth June, and it will be available from 24 April.

The deadline for submitting final binding offers on 26 June, a prerequisite for the payment of deposit or bid bond in the amount of 200,000 euros.

Hotel Splendid was built in 1937. year, has four suites and 50 rooms for the first time it was sold at auction in 2008, 1.1 billion dinars (12 million euros), a businessman from Montenegro Veselin Rutović.
