Srbijavoz to resume regular train traffic after Ministry approval

The company Srbijavoz, upon receiving approval from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is set to redirect all of its resources toward the swift re-establishment of regular train traffic across Serbia, according to a statement issued today.

The announcement revealed that, following reports of explosive devices placed on intercity trains, intensive cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) is underway to resolve the situation. The company is conducting counter-sabotage inspections of all vehicles across Serbia. These inspections are nearing completion, and once they are finished, it is anticipated that the MUP will grant approval for the resumption of train services, enabling the return of regular railway traffic.

“All traffic service employees of our company are on standby and ready to resume operations as soon as we receive the necessary approval,” the statement concluded.
