Telekom Srbija to distribute 2023 dividend of 8.4 dinars per share

Telekom Srbija will distribute a dividend of 8.4 dinars gross (7.14 dinars net) per share for the year 2023. The total dividend payout will amount to 6.72 billion dinars, the same as the amount paid for 2022.

Shareholders who owned Telekom Srbija shares as of June 18, 2024, are eligible to receive the dividend.

In the process of free share distribution, citizens received 31 Telekom shares each, which are not traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, while some of the company’s capital was allocated to workers and former employees.

The largest shareholders of Telekom Srbija are the Republic of Serbia, which holds 58.11% of shares, and Telekom itself, which owns 20% of its own shares. The remaining capital is owned by citizens, employees and former employees.
