TENT B3 and Kolubara B await investors – EPS extended deadline for submission of bids until end of February 2011

The Electric Power Company of Serbia (EPS) has decided to extend the deadline until late February 2011 for submission of bids for a strategic partner for construction of steam power plants Nikola Tesla B3 (TENT B3) and Kolubara B.

The initial deadline for submission of bids for participation in the competition for the strategic partner for construction of TENT B3 and Kolubara B expired on December 14. The EPS has extended the deadline because investors have several times asked it to do so.

Bids for TENT B3 and Kolubara B should be submitted by German RWE AG, Italian Edison Spa and Czech ČEZ.
