Vranje City Administration to spend over 68,000 Euros on promotional materials

The City Administration of Vranje will spend 8 million dinars, or over 68,000 euros, on various promotional materials including flyers, posters, panels, billboards, banners, business cards, seals, city flags and more. The city is seeking a company to handle the production of these items through a tender, with a submission deadline of March 24.

The materials to be ordered include 6,100 posters in various sizes for exhibitions and presentations, 90 printed panels, 40,000 promotional flyers, 20 roll-up banners, 50 billboards, 10 advertising banners, 3,000 letterheads, 2,750 business cards, 1,500 folders, 1,500 notepads, 2,500 bags, 1,000 calendars, 300 notebooks, 300 planners, 6,200 pencils, and 2,000 lighters.

Additionally, the list includes 100 pencil holders, 200 gift boxes for bottles, 300 document holders, seven bronze public recognition awards, 96 mugs, 216 sets of mugs and trays, 5,000 keychains, 60 USB flash drives, 500 t-shirts, 10 plaques, 200 ID cards, 100 engraved plates, 30 seals, 2,100 flags and 10 aluminum boards. The City Administration of Vranje is also requesting branding for glass portals covering a total area of 100 square meters, as well as the printing of a city map for 2025 with updated street names and the Vranje coat of arms in a print run of 45 copies.
