Works on bypass around Belgrade as of spring

Works on the cloverleaf interchange Batajnica 3.9 km long and Dobanovci-Batajnica road 6.1 km long on the route of the bypass around Belgrade will commence in spring.

The company Koridor 10 states that the works on Strazevica tunnel are also expected to continue.

– During this year, works will be commenced on construction of bridges in B5 sector – between Orlovaca and Strazevica tunnel, and activities will be continued in B6 sector – between Strazevica and Bubanj Potok – reads the statement.

The job of construction of Batajnica cloverleaf interchange has been won by the companies Planum and Ratko Mitrovic and they should finish it in 730 days. Strabag will also be working on construction of the bypass around Belgrade, from Dobanovci to Batajnica, and it will also have 730 days to finish the job.

Works on Strazevica tunnel, 750 meters long, are being carried out by Energoprojekt and the job should be finished untl July 31.

Construction of three bridges on the section between Orlovaca and Bubanj Potok will commence in March and should be finished in 540 days, reads the statement.
