Yura Corporation in Leskovac offers paid leave or severance packages following 45% sales decline

The Yura Corporation in Leskovac is offering its employees the option of paid leave or mutual contract termination with severance pay, in response to a significant 45% drop in product sales compared to the previous year, the company announced.

Due to the decline in sales, Yura has implemented an emergency management system to address the ongoing challenges. External factors, such as changing market conditions, rising raw material prices, and decreased demand for electric vehicles, are being cited as key reasons for the sales downturn.

As part of their response, Yura is offering employees the opportunity to take paid leave or mutually agree to terminate their contracts, with severance packages of either 400,000 dinars or 350,000 dinars. Employees choosing contract termination will receive appropriate compensation.
