The Minister of Energy and Mining, Petar Škundrić, said yesterday (June 3, 2010) in Kragujevac that he expected the tender procedure for steam power plants Nikola Tesla 3 and Kolubara B to be finished within the next two months.

– All the conditions are created for us to bring the big tender procedure to the end and we should select strategic partners for construction of steam power plants Nikola Tesla 3 and Kolubara B – said Škundrić.

– Steam power plant Nikola Tesla 3 should be put in operation with minimum installed power of 700 MW, which will also be the power of Kolubara B – said Škundrić.

He said that the pre-tender procedure for selection of the strategic partner for gas power plant – heating plant TE-TO Novi Sad, of which capacity was 450 MW, was underway.
